Electric Avenue recommends that you come to see the band playing before confirming your booking. A lot of people ask us can they come and see us at a wedding, and our answer is, to be honest, we’re not sure. Electric Avenue members are only guests ourselves and we do not have the authority to invite you to someone else’s wedding. Where some brides and grooms are comfortable with people trying to view the band for their wedding - as they might have done themselves - others are not. It would come down to the couple in question on the day and we have to respect their decision. We will certainly ask the question for you and get back to you as soon as we can. However, wedding showcase gigs are the best way to see us in action and find out what we do. We have several such showcases planned during the year and details can be found here and on our Facebook page. You are also more than welcome to see us play in any pub or club venue and we will cover your entrance fee.
Having played at many wedding receptions and parties, we are only too happy to advise and help with the organisation of yourwedding entertainment schedule. We pride ourselves in our flexibility. Electric Avenue’s playing time is just over two hours. If you need the band to stop for refreshments which you may want to provide for your evening guests, this break is NOT included in our playing time. If things run a little behind schedule, fear not. As one of the country's leading Irish Wedding Bands, this is also not a problem and we will always play our full show, no matter what time we get started.
If you have decided that Electric Avenue is the band for your big day, first of all, we would like to thank you for doing so. The only way to secure your booking is with a deposit of €200 - with the balance of the agreed fee to be paid on the night. Call us today to check the availability of your date.
