In some venues yes we can but not all as the stage in some function rooms may be used as your top table. However, this does mean that the band needs to be at the venue approximately three hours earlier than otherwise required. An extra charge for this can be expected to cover time and subsistence.
We will make contact with you the week leading up to your big day to confirm all of the details with you. If you have already confirmed all of your details with your venue/wedding planner before this date, feel free to contact us and let us know. We love it when people are really organized.
Yes we do. Our Dj is a member of the band and is not just a playlist on a iPod. You can email us a list of all your favourite songs, have them dedicated to your family and friends or just simply ask the Dj on the night. He has all the big hits.

Our playing time is 2 hours 15 minutes. If you want us to stop for evening refreshments this break is NOT included in our playing time.
It usually takes about 45 mins to set up our equipment, depending on the ease of access to your function room.
All band members will be at your wedding. What you see is what you get. The only instance where it may not be the same members would be due to serious illness, accident, bereavement etc. In the event where a band member is not available we do have people available to provide cover, mainly ex-Electric Avenue members that are perfectly capable of stepping in at a moments notice.
With over 10 years experience, we have perfected our setlist by gauging the crowd on the night and by judging what songs will keep the dance floor busy all night long. We prefer not to let people decide our setlist but if there are one or two songs that you don't want played, that's ok, just let us know in advance and we will take them out on the night. You have chosen Electric Avenue as your entertainment for your special day, so please trust in us to entertain your guests to the best of our ability.
Most people prefer to have a CD, since this is the “exact version” of their special song. However, If it’s a song we don’t play but has become very popular, we’ll do our best to learn it if we think that we will use it again. Rehearsal time for Electric Avenue is limited, especially during the busy wedding seasons and we will not play a song that we are not familiar with, especially for someone’s first dance. If you have a choreographed dance, then we HIGHLY recommend using a CD, it will be exactly the same as you have rehearsed.
Prices are negotiated taking into account the distance we have to travel and the time we are expected to arrive. We ask for a €200 deposit to guarantee your booking. Please Note that all deposits are non-refundable.
Electric Avenue take care of all equipment, both sound and stage lighting. We are an experienced professional band and perform through a high quality audio system and have a light show like no other band.
Electric Avenue understand and are fully aware that most weddings have delays. No matter what time we get playing at we will still play our full show.
Electric Avenue provide a nationwide service.
We would always arrive at any venue for 8.15pm. It's best for us to be sitting waiting on you rather than you and your guests sitting waiting on us.

The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the night of your wedding before Electric Avenue start performing or during the break for your evening refreshments. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer payment must be received at least 5 working days before your wedding take's place.
